These cookies are easy to make, chewy, healthy and ideal for breakfast. They contain no egg, no dairy, no flour and no added sugar. They are very satisfying and taste great too.
- 3 ripe bananas (mashed)
- 1/3 cup apple sauce, no added sugar
- 2 cup rolled oats
- 1/3 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup dried raisins
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- Mix all ingredients with a wooden spoon. Using a tablespoon, deposit cookie dough by spoonful on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 350 degrees C. for 15 to 20 minutes.
