Cheryl Broadhead's Chicken Nachos
Ingredients
- 1 chicken, boiled tender
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes (drain or possibly add in juice)
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. Velveeta jalapeno cheese
Directions
- Boil chicken till done (or possibly pressure cook 20 min #15). Debone chicken. Cut in bite-size pcs, set aside. Heat cheese. Add in soups and Rotel tomatoes. Mix together till smooth. Add in deboned chicken. Serve over tortilla chips or possibly use as dip.
