- 1 (9inch) prepared graham crust
- 1(8ounce) package cream cheese,softened
- 1(14ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling
- 1 pack of gelatine
Directions
- place softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl;add condensed milk,lemon juice, vanilla extract. beat until well blended. pour mixture into the pie crust. chill for 5 hours. do not freeze
- pour cherry pie filling on the bottom (optional) and the top of pie serve
