Cherry Cheese Brownie Bar
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Betty Crocker fudge brownie mix
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 can sweetened condensed lowfat milk
- 1 pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 can cherry pie filling
Directions
- Heat oven to 350. Prepare brownie mix as directed on package except bake 20 min. Beat vanilla, egg, lowfat milk and cream cheese in large bowl till smooth. Pour over baked brownie layer. Bake till topping is set, 25 min. Cold 2 hrs; spread with pie filling. Cut into 1 1/2 or possibly 2 inch squares. Store in refrigerator.
