Chef Teddy Red Velvet Petite Bundt cake W/ cream cheese frosting

- 2 Cups all purpose flour
- 2 Cups granulated sugar
- 1/1 2 tsp. active baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 Cup blended oil
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tbsp.cocoa powder
- 2 to 3 tbsp.red food coloring
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease petite bundt baking pan
- whisk together the dry ingredients in a medium bowl, use another bowl
- sugar eggs and vanilla and whisk over water bath
- until sugar dissolve , add to a electric mixer, mix until slightly thicken
- and pale lemony color. mix the cocoa powder with the food coloring
- and add to mixture,fold the dry ingredients to the mixture, pour cake
- mixture into each section of 12. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, remove
- from oven to a rack for cooling.
