Ingredients

  • 1 Pint fresh Raspberries
  • 1/2 Cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp.fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Cup cold water
  • 2 tbsp.corn starch

Directions

  1. Gently wash raspberries, combine the raspberries, sugar and lemon juice in a saucepan.mix the corn starch into the water until smooth.
  2. Add the mixture to the saucepan and bring to a boil.Let simmer for
  3. about 5 to 8 minutes stirring constantly, the sauce will thicken as
  4. it cool.Puree the sauce by using a handheld blender or a regular
  5. blender, strain through a fine sieve and refrigerate.
