    Ingredients

    • 4 ounces unsalted butter at room temperature
    • 1/14 cup granulated sugar
    • 1 large egg yolk, pinch of salt
    • 1 1/4 cup all purpose flour
    • Filling
    • 3 Large eggs
    • 1/2 cup brown sugar (pack)
    • 2 ounces unsalted butter melted
    • 1 /12 cups coarsely chopped pecans
    • 1/2 cup maple syrup

    Directions

    1. Using a electric mixer, beat butter in mixing bowl until smooth.
    2. Add sugar egg yolk until blend add flour until dough begin to clump
    3. together,remove dough and make into a ball roll out dough unto
    4. lightly flour work surface, transfer into tart pan with removable bottom
    5. press the dough on the bottom and around the side of the pan.
    6. use fork to pierce all over dough bottom.
    7. Preheat oven to 350 F. whisk eggs brown sugar in a medium bowl
    8. until blended. whisk in maple syrup melted butter and pecans
    9. pour mixture into unbaked crust, place tart on a sheet pan, bake for
    10. about 35 to 40 minutes until filling is slightly puffed and set.
