Cheesy Vanilla Fudge Bars
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Pillsbury Fudge Cake Mix
- 1/2 c. Fudge Ice Cream Topping
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 pkg. Pillsbury vanilla frosting mix
- 1 (8 ounce) pkg. cream cheese, softened
Directions
- In a large bowl put together dry cake mix, fudge topping, butter and 1 egg. Stir till mix is well combined and crumbly. Pat in ungreased 13 x 9 inch baking pan. In small bowl, beat dry frosting mix and cream cheese till smooth. Reserve 1 cup for topping. Add in 1 egg to remaining mix. Beat till well blended. Spread over base.Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 min. Cool. Frost with remaining frosting. Store in refrigerator.
