CHEESY SAUSAGE ROLLS

My sister-in-law prepared this 'finger food' last Christmas. Everyone liked this dish. It's so easy and appetizing. I decided to write a recipe so others would experience this exceptional cuisine. Ingredients
- 10 pcs. sliced bread
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 10 sausages
- 1 c. grated cheddar cheese
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 c. breadcrumbs
- oil for shallow frying
Directions
- Flatten the bread by rolling pin.
- Mix mayonnaise and ketchup in a bowl. Blend well.
- Spread the mixture evenly on bread.
- Fill with sausages.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Roll the bread like a spring roll.
- Dip in a beaten egg
- Cover with breadcrumbs.
- Shallow fry in hot oil until golden brown.
- Slice into bite size.
