Cheesy Rice 'N Carrot Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 c. Minute Rice
- 1 c. water
- 1 1/2 c. grated carrot
- 1 c. grated Cracker Barrel Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 c. Miracle Whip Salad Dressing
- 1/3 c. lowfat milk
- 1 x egg, beaten
- 1 x green onion, sliced
- 1/2 tsp salt Minced fresh parsley
Directions
- Prepare rice with water as directed on package Heat oven to 350 degrees F. (180 degrees C)
- Combine all ingredients, mixing lightly.
- Pour into 4 c. (1 L) greased casserole; cover. Bake 35 to 40 min.
- Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
- Makes 6 servings.
