Ingredients
26 lbs frozen hash brown potatoes
4 1/2 lbs raw diced onions
1 gallon canned cream of chicken soup
14 cups canned cream of chicken soup
5 lbs grated colby cheese
5 lbs grated mild cheddar cheese
1 2/3 cups parmesan or romano cheese
1 Tbsp black pepper
1 Tbsp nutmeg
Directions
preheat oven to 375 F
mix all ingredients and transfer to well-greased 9X13 inch baking dish
bake for about 45 minutes.
