Ingredients

  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 x beaten Large eggs
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1/3 c. butter melted
  • 3 tsp b/pwdr
  • 11/20 c. flour
  • 11/20 c. cooked rice
  • 1/4 c. minced ham
  • 1 c. jarlsberg cheese, grated

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F, prepare pans. Combine lowfat milk, Large eggs, sugar & butter. Sift flour & baking pwdr into a bowl, stir in rice, cheese & ham. Add in this to wet mix till just combined. Spoon into pans & bake for 30-35 mins or possibly till hard & golden brown. Serve hot with butter if you like.
