Ingredients

  • 2 tbs kraft zesty italian dressing
  • 1 lb. chicken breast cut up
  • 2 cups frozen mixed veggies
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 lb. velveeta, cut up
  • 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten

Directions

  1. preheat to 400.
  2. heat dressing in skillet and cook chicken
  3. stir in veggies, soup, and velveeta
  4. spoon into 9 inch square baking dish
  5. unfold puff pastry
  6. place of chicken mixture
  7. brush with egg and cut a few slits
  8. bake 30 minutes
