cheesy chicken pot pie
Ingredients
- 2 tbs kraft zesty italian dressing
- 1 lb. chicken breast cut up
- 2 cups frozen mixed veggies
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 lb. velveeta, cut up
- 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
Directions
- preheat to 400.
- heat dressing in skillet and cook chicken
- stir in veggies, soup, and velveeta
- spoon into 9 inch square baking dish
- unfold puff pastry
- place of chicken mixture
- brush with egg and cut a few slits
- bake 30 minutes
