Ingredients

  • 8 ounce Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1/3 c. Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 x Pie shell, unbaked 9 inch
  • 1 1/2 c. Pecan halves
  • 2 x Large eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/4 c. Sugar
  • 2/3 c. Corn syrup-light
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla

Directions

  1. Combine cream cheese, egg, 1/3 c. sugar, and 1 tsp. vanilla. Beat till light and fluffy. Spread over bottom of pie shell. Arrange pecans on the cream cheese mix. Mix remaining Large eggs, sugar, corn syrup, and vanilla, stirring well. Carefully pour over the pecans.
