Ingredients

  • 24 ounce Cream cheese
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 5 x Large eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract Vanilla wafer cookies, (or possibly you may use graham cracker crumbs)
  • 8 ounce Lowfat sour cream
  • 1/4 c. Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Put vanilla wafers or possibly graham cracker crumbs in the bottom of muffin tins.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over the wafers or possibly crumbs to fill 3/4 of the way. Bake in a preheated 300 degrees F oven for 45 to 50 min or possibly till light brown.
  3. Glaze: Combine ingredients and pour on top of cheesecake cookies and return to oven for 5 min. Allow to cold before removing from pan.
  4. Makes about 24 to 36 cookies.
