    Cheese Cake Cheese Ball

    Popular around the holidays, but always good, the Cheese Cake Cheese Ball is a sweet cheese ball.

    Ingredients

    • 1/2 cup Maraschino Cherrie drained and chopped
    • 8 oz can of Crushed Pineapple WELL drained
    • 16 oz (2 pkgs) of Cream Cheese softened/beaten
    • 1 cup Chopped Walnuts

    Directions

    1. Beat cream cheese until softened
    2. Add drained crushed pineapple and mix well
    3. Add drained and copies Chris and mix well
    4. Chill in sealed container until stiff (about an hour)
    5. Form into a ball and roll in chopped walnuts until well covered covered
    6. Wrap/seal and chill until ready to serve.
    7. Chill left overs
    8. Serve with Ritz crackers
