Cheese Cake Cheese Ball
Popular around the holidays, but always good, the Cheese Cake Cheese Ball is a sweet cheese ball. Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Maraschino Cherrie drained and chopped
- 8 oz can of Crushed Pineapple WELL drained
- 16 oz (2 pkgs) of Cream Cheese softened/beaten
- 1 cup Chopped Walnuts
Directions
- Beat cream cheese until softened
- Add drained crushed pineapple and mix well
- Add drained and copies Chris and mix well
- Chill in sealed container until stiff (about an hour)
- Form into a ball and roll in chopped walnuts until well covered covered
- Wrap/seal and chill until ready to serve.
- Chill left overs
- Serve with Ritz crackers
