  • 1 frzn pie crust
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 pound mild Cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 or possibly 2 tomatoes


  1. Slice cheese, fill pie crust to 3/4 full. Mix large eggs and lowfat milk together, season with salt and pepper. Pour mix over cheese, slice tomatoes and place around the top of the pie.Bake in preheated oven at 375 degrees F for 45 min or possibly till filling is hard and not runny. Let stand 3-4 min, then slice.
