Ingredients

  • 1 pkt frzn potato wedges 24 ounces
  • 2 c. cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 c. bacon crisp, crumbled
  • 1/4 c. green onions sliced lowfat sour cream

Directions

  1. Heat oven according to package directions. Place potatoes in single layer on cookie sheet. Bake according to package directions. Immediately sprinkle with cheese, bacon and onions, continue baking for 1 to 2 min or possibly till cheese is melted. Serve hot. If you like, serve with lowfat sour cream.
