Ingredients

  • Pasta dough 100 gr
  • Ricotta cheese 20 gr
  • Parmesan 10 gr
  • Coriander 5 gr
  • Pesto sauce 5 cl
  • Diced tomato 10 gr
  • Lime juice 1 cl
  • chilies 2 gr
  • Chicken stock 5 cl
  • Pasta dough 100 gr
  • Ricotta cheese 20 gr
  • Parmesan 10 gr
  • Coriander 5 gr
  • Pesto sauce 5 cl
  • Diced tomato 10 gr
  • Lime juice 1 cl
  • chilies 2 gr
  • Chicken stock 5 cl

Directions

  1. Agnoloti mix:
  2. Parmesan cheese, pinenuts. Basil and ricotta cheese, mix everything together check the seasoning and shape the agnolotti
  3. Cook the pasta in boiling water, reheat the chicken stock add the pesto, herbs , lime juice and chilies add the seasoning.
  4. Sprinkle the roasted pinenuts and diced tomato
