Cheddar Deviled Eggs

- one dozen hard boiled eggs
- greens
- one tablespoon mustard
- scant 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- garlic salt
- onion powder
- black pepper
- 1/4 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
- Refrigerate until ready to serve
Directions
- Boil eggs 12 minutes, set in cool water to cool eggs, once cool to touch crack and peel eggs, cut in half remove cooked egg yolk into a bowl
- Add mustard, mayonnaise, garlic salt, onion powder, pepper and mix well
- Using a scooper or spoon fill each half egg cavity full and plate on top of a bed of greens, garnish with shredded cheddar cheese
