I don’t think there’s any better combination when your making a recipe than “easy and delicious!” These oven baked potatoes have five common everyday ingredients ,including the potatoes , that come together to make one heck of side dish. We’re using baking potatoes (Russet potatoes ) for the recipe. They can be peeled or unpeeled, your choice. The recipe uses cheddar cheese, but that doesn’t mean that you can’t switch cheeses in the recipe to change it up a bit from time to time.
