Cheddar Burger Mashed Potato Bake
Ingredients
- 2 lb grnd beef, extra lean
- 1 med onion minced
- 1 jar ragu cheese creations - double cheddar pasta sauce
- 2 tsp dry mustard
- 4 c. mashed potatoes
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425*F. In 12-inch skillet, brown grnd beef over medium-high heat; drain. Add in onion and cook stirring occasionally, 2 min. Stir in Ragu Cheddar Sauce, mustard, and if you like salt and pepper to taste. Simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, 3 min or possibly till heated through.
- Turn into 2-qt casserole; proportionately top with mashed potatoes. Bake 25 min or possibly till potatoes are lightly golden brown.
