Cheddar And Chive Bread
Ingredients
- 2/3 c. Water
- 2 Tbsp. Canola oil
- 1 Tbsp. Honey
- 1 c. Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 lrg Large eggs
- 2 1/2 c. All-purpose flour, unbleached
- 3/4 c. Whole wheat flour
- 1/4 c. Powdered lowfat milk
- 2 Tbsp. Chives, dry
- 1 1/2 tsp Sea salt, fine
- 2 1/2 tsp Active dry yeast
Directions
- Put all ingredients in the inner pan in the order listed. Select basic wheat cycle, light crust setting.
- Makes a 1.5 lb. loaf.
