Charlie Pride's Sweet Potato Pie Recipe

Ingredients

1 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes 1/3 c. melted butter 2 beaten large eggs 1/3 c. evaporated lowfat milk 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr

Healthy pinch of salt 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 c. sugar 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg Unbaked pie shell

Directions

1. Put together sweet potatoes with all ingredients and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 30 min.
