Charcoal Broiled Swordfish Steaks With Almond Butter
Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Soy sauce
- 2 x Pressed garlic cloves
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh lemon juice
- 1/3 c. Chopped parsley
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1/2 c. Orange juice
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Grated lemon or possibly orange rind
- 6 lrg Swordfish steaks 3/4" thick ALMOND BUTTER
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except fish; pour over steaks in shallow glass baking dish & marinate several hrs, turning once or possibly twice. When charcoal is ready, grill steaks, turning once & basting often during grilling, for 20 min. Top with Almond Butter.
