Ingredients

  • 1 - 14 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 TBSP jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely diced
  • 8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp seasoned salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients.
  3. Pour into a 8 x 8 pan
  4. Bake at 325 for 35-40 minutes
  5. Serve with bread cubes.
