    YOUR FAVORITE ORGANIC CEREAL (CORN FLAKES, GROUND CHEERIOS, GLUTEN FREE IF POSSIBLE). BRAGGS LIQUID AMINOS MAKES THIS TASTY. BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 45 MINUTES OR UNTIL DONE.

    Ingredients

    • 1/2 CUP ORGANIC EARTH BALANCE (MARGARINE) MELTED
    • 2 CLOVES OF ORGANIC GARLIC, PRESSED
    • 1 CUP ORGANIC SWEET VADALIA ONION, FINELY CHOPPED
    • 5 ORGANIC EGGS, BEATEN IN LARGE BOWL
    • 1 LB. COTTAGE CHEESE
    • 1 TABLESPOON BRAGGS LIQUID AMINOS
    • 1 CUP ORGANIC WALNUTS, CHOPPED
    • 4 CUPS ORGANIC CEREAL, GROUND
    • 1 TEASPOON SALT
    • 1 TEASPOON ORGANIC SAGE

    Directions

    1. SAUTE' THE PRESSED GARLIC AND CHOPPED ONION TOGETHER IN THE 1/2 CUP MELTED EARTH BALANCE.
    2. PUT EGGS IN LARGE MIXING BOWL AND BEAT
    3. ADD 1 LB. COTTAGE CHEESE, BRAGGS LIQUID AMINOS, WALNUTS MIXING WELL.
    4. ADD 4 CUPS OF YOUR CHOICE OR CEREAL, SALT & SAGE, MIXING WELL.
    5. PUT IN GREASED 9" X 10" PAN
    6. BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 45 MINUTES OR UNTIL DONE.
