Caviar With Shallots And Olive Oil Over Pasta
Ingredients
- 1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil
- 4 med Shallots -- minced fine
- 1/4 c. American golden brown caviar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Fresh chives -- finely minced Cooked angel hair pasta
Directions
- In a medium skillet, heat the oil with the shallots over moderate heat. As soon as the shallots sizzle, pour them with the oil over individual servings of pasta. Top each serving with a dollop of caviar and a sprinkling of chives.
