Cauliflower & Coriander Curry

- To blend/ground
- 1/2 inch ginger
- 5 garlic
- 6 shallots
- 2 stalks coriander leaves
- Other ingredients
- 1/2 (about 280g) cauliflower - cut into bite size florets
- 2 tbsp curry powder
- 1 1/2 tbsp tomato puree
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 2 sprigs curry leaves
- 1/2 tbsp lime juice
- 4 tbsp oil
- Salt for taste
Directions
- Mix curry powder and tomato puree in blended paste.
- Add mixed paste in heated oil.
- Fry over low heat till aromatic and oil splits.
- Pour 1/2 liter of water and curry leaves.
- Season with salt.
- When heated through, add caulis and lime juice.
- Simmer to soften and remove from heat.
