Catalina Dressing

- 1/2 cup canola or vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup good quality ketchup
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. celery seeds
- 1/4 tsp. Colman's dry mustard
- 1/8 tsp. Hungarian paprika
Directions
- Process the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Refrigerate several hours before serving with salad. If making it as a marinade, go ahead and use it.
- About 1 1/3 cup.
