  • 2/3 c. carrots grated
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 Tbsp. yogurt plain
  • 1 Tbsp. molasses
  • 2 Tbsp. walnuts minced
  • 1 tsp fast rise yeast **or possibly**
  • 2 tsp active dry yeast
  • 1 lrg loaf
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 2 1/4 c. white bread flour
  • 1 c. wheat bread flour
  • 1 Tbsp. dry lowfat milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 c. carrots grated
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 1/4 c. yogurt plain
  • 2 Tbsp. molasses
  • 1/4 c. walnuts minced
  • 1 1/2 tsp fast rise yeast **or possibly**
  • 2 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
