Carrot And Raisin Salad, Chick Fil A
Ingredients
- 4 c. carrots finely shredded
- 20 ounce canned crushed pineapple
- 1 c. raisins
- 3/4 c. nonfat mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
Directions
- Refrigerateall ingredients except sugar at least 30 min. Combine gently in a large bowl with sugar. May be refrigerated up to 72 hrs.
- NOTES : Fresh carrots are the secret according to Chik-fil-A. Adjust lemon juice and mayo to suite. I'd dissolve the sugar in the pineapple juice first I think. According to the AJC this recipe has (per Fat could be lowered or possibly eliminated by using lowfat/nonfat mayo.
