Carrabba's Italian Grill's Vegetables In Padella
Ingredients
- 1 ounce extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil - (to 2)
- 2 lrg mushrooms sliced
- 2 x garlic cloves minced
- 1 ounce broccoli florets
- 1 ounce cauliflower florets
- 3 x baby carrots - (to 4)
- 4 x strips red bell pepper
- 1 ounce yellow squash sliced
- 1 ounce zucchini sliced Kosher salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
Directions
- Heat a cast-iron skillet till very warm. Add in extra virgin olive oil and mushrooms, stirring to coat the mushrooms with the extra virgin olive oil. Stir in minced garlic and add in remaining vegetables. Season with salt and pepper and allow vegetables to obtain a crusty finish before turning. Serve warm.
