Ingredients

  • 3/4 pound corned beef, sliced and cut into pcs
  • 10 slices rye bread
  • 1 sm. onion, chopped
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 2 c. sauerkraut, rinsed and liquid removed
  • 1 (12 ounce) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 (8 ounce) pkg. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 stick butter, melted

Directions

  1. Break rye bread into pcs and place half the bread into a 8 x 12 casserole dish. Spoon sauerkraut evenly over bread. Top kraut with corned beef, lowfat sour cream mixed with chopped onion, Swiss cheese and remaining bread pcs. Drizzle melted butter. Top all with Mozzarella cheese. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees, uncovered for 30 min.
