    Ingredients

    • 1 pkt Butterball turkey breast Tenderloins
    • 2 Tbsp. Peach preserves
    • 4 x Green onions
    • 4 x Garlic cloves
    • 1 tsp Bottled warm pepper sauce
    • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
    • 1 tsp Salt
    • 2 Tbsp. Lime juice
    • 1 tsp Shredded lime peel
    • 1 tsp Soy sauce

    Directions

    1. Directions: In food processor or possibly blender, puree preserves, onion, garlic, warm sauce, pepper, salt, lime juice, lime peel and soy sauce. Spread tenderloins with the puree and place on broiler pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Broil 6 min. Turn over; brush with puree and broil for another 5 -5 min till tenderloin reaches 170 degrees on meat thermometer. To outdooor grill; spray unheated grill rack with nonstick cooking spray; cook tenderloins on rack over medium warm coals for about 20 min, till no longer pink; turn once or possibly twice to prevent burning.
