- 1 1/2 Lbs. Sweet Potatoes, Pared & Shredded
- 1/2 Lb. Artichokes, Pared & Shredded
- 1/2 Cup Butter, Melted
- 1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar
Directions
- Mix potatoes, artichokes and margarine; reserve. Heat sugar in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat until melted and light brown, about 10 minutes.
- Stir in potato mixture; cook, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender; about 15 minutes.
