Caramel Fudge Brownies
Ingredients
- 21 1/2 ounce pkg. Pillsbury fudge brownie mix
- 20 caramels
- 3 T lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. minced pecans
Directions
- Prepare and bake brownie mix according to package directions. In small saucepan over low heat (I use a double boiler), heat the caramels with 3 tbsp lowfat milk; stir till smooth.Immediately after removing brownies from oven, sprinkle with the chocolate chips and pecans. Drizzle with caramel. Cool completely before cutting.
