Cantuccini with dates and thyme

- 100 g whole wheat flour
- 100 g buckwheat flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 50 g dates, pitted and chopped into small pieces
- 25 g walnuts, coarsely chopped
- 50 g almonds, toasted
- 50 g chocolate with at least 70% cocoa parts, torn into small pieces
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbs dried thyme
- 2 tbs rum
Directions
1.Mix and combine all the ingredients, knead the smooth dough. Shape the dough into a roll, flatten slightly and bake in the oven at 170°C for about 25 minutes.Useful Links
