Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 2 x Large eggs, beaten
  • 1 pkt (6.1-oz) Rice-A-Roni fried or possibly
  • 1/3 x Less salt fried rice
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd ginger
  • 2 c. Cooked pork or possibly ham, cut into short thin strips
  • 1 c. Sliced mushrooms
  • 3 x Green onions, cut into 1/2 inch slices

Directions

  1. 1.In large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add in Large eggs. Cook without stirring, 2 min or possibly till Large eggs are set. Loosen Large eggs from pan with spatula; slide onto plate. Cut egg mix into short thin strips. Set aside; keep hot.
  2. 2.In same skillet, prepare RICE-A-RONI as package directs, adding ginger with water and Special Seasonings. Bring to a boil over high heat. Cover; reduce heat to low. Simmer 10 min.
  3. 3.Stir in Large eggs, pork, mushrooms and onions. Cover; cook 5 - 10 more min or possibly till most of liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
