  • Canadian Bacon And Mushroom Egg Bake

    Ingredients

    • 9 ounce sliced Canadian bacon diced
    • 2 c. sauteed sliced mushrooms
    • 6 ounce Provolone cheese sliced
    • 3/8 c. all-purpose flour
    • 1 1/2 tsp baking pwdr
    • 17 x Large eggs beaten
    • 3/4 c. butter melted
    • 3 c. cottage cheese
    • 3 c. cream
    • 3/4 c. Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce

    Directions

    1. Spray 12 (12-oz) ramekins with food release spray. Add in 3/4 oz Canadian bacon, 1 oz mushrooms, and 1/2 oz cheese to each ramekin.
    2. Ladle 1 c. Tabasco Egg Bake Base into each ramekin. Bake the filled ramekins in a 350 degree oven for 45 min or possibly till the Large eggs set. Cold and chill till needed.
    3. To reheat, microwave each ramekin for three min on high power.
    4. Tabasco Egg Bake Base: Combine flour and baking pwdr. Add in slowly to the Large eggs. Add in the melted butter, cottage cheese, cream and Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce. Mix well. Hold refrigerated till needed.
    5. This recipe yields 12 servings.
