Campbells Country Herbed Chicken And Vegetables
Ingredients
- Prep/ Cook Time: 25 min
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 4 x boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 can Campbell's(r) Cream of Chicken with Herbs Soup
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 bag (16 ounce.) frzn vegetable combination (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)
Directions
- HEAT oil in skillet. Add in chicken and cook till browned, stirring often. Add in soup and lowfat milk. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 10 minutes. or possibly till vegetables are tender.
- Serves 4.
