Calamari Marinara Recipe

Ingredients
1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil
3 cl garlic, mince
1 c. Onions, chop fine
1/4 c. Parsley, chop
2 Tbsp. Fresh basil, chop
2 lb Squid, clean, slice
1/4 c. White wine
1/4 c. Clam juice
3 c. Marinara sauce
1 pch Oregano Salt and pepper Crushed red pepper flakes
Directions
Heat oil and saute/fry garlic and onions till slightly brown. Add in basil, parsley, squid, wine, clam juice, marinara sauce, oregano, salt and peppers. Cook till squid is tender.
