Ingredients

  • ◾1 head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
  • ◾3 tablespoons salted butter, melted or olive oil, if dairy-free
  • ◾1 teaspoon crushed garlic
  • ◾1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • ◾1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • ◾1/2 teaspoon dried dill
  • ◾1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • ◾1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Directions

  1. 1.Steam the cauliflower in a steamer basket over a pot of water, covered, until tender, about 10 minutes. Place the cauliflower in a serving dish.
  2. 2.In a small bowl, combine the butter, garlic, salt, thyme, dill, paprika, and pepper.
  3. 3.Drizzle the spiced butter over the cauliflower and toss gently to distribute evenly.
