Cajun Shrimps

- 1 lb Medium shrimps deveined, shells and tails removed
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano leaves
- 1 tsp Dried Thyme leaves
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1/4 tsp Red chilli flakes
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper powder
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Heat oil in a pan. Once heated, add cleaned shrimps and saute for a couple minutes.
- Add all the spice powders one by one. Add a tablespoon of water to ensure the spices don’t burn.
- Mix well and let the shrimps cook over medium heat for 3-4 minutes taking care not to overcook them.
- Add the butter, mix well and remove from the heat once the shrimps are cooked.
- Serve hot with buttered toast!
