- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tsp crushed garlic
- 1 can (370 ml) of evaporated skim milk
- 1/4 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp hot sauce
- 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan
- 340 grams cooked peeled shrimp
- 225 grams whole wheat pasta
- 160 grams of frozen chopped spinach
Directions
- Saute garlic.
- Add milk and cajun spice.
- Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Stir in worcestershire and hot sauce, salt and 1/4 cup of the cheese.
- Simmer 3 minutes.
- Add shrimp.
- Cook pasta.
- Drain.
- Add to shrimp mixture.
- Top with remaining cheese.
