    Ingredients

    • 1 tbsp olive oil
    • 3 tsp crushed garlic
    • 1 can (370 ml) of evaporated skim milk
    • 1/4 tsp worcestershire sauce
    • 1/4 tsp hot sauce
    • 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
    • 1/4 tsp salt
    • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan
    • 340 grams cooked peeled shrimp
    • 225 grams whole wheat pasta
    • 160 grams of frozen chopped spinach

    Directions

    1. Saute garlic.
    2. Add milk and cajun spice.
    3. Simmer for 5 minutes.
    4. Stir in worcestershire and hot sauce, salt and 1/4 cup of the cheese.
    5. Simmer 3 minutes.
    6. Add shrimp.
    7. Cook pasta.
    8. Drain.
    9. Add to shrimp mixture.
    10. Top with remaining cheese.
