    Ingredients

    • 1/2 c. Water
    • 1/4 c. Onion, Minced
    • 1/4 c. Green Bell Pepper, Minced
    • 1 x Clove Garlic, Finely Minced
    • 2 tsp Margarine Or possibly Butter, Softened
    • 2 c. Bread Flour
    • 1 Tbsp. Sugar
    • 1 tsp Creole Or possibly Cajun Seasoning
    • 3/4 tsp Salt
    • 1 tsp Bread Machine Yeast
    • 3/4 c. Water
    • 1/3 c. Onion, Minced
    • 1/3 c. Green Bell Pepper, Minced
    • 1 x Clove Garlic, Finely Minced
    • 1 Tbsp. Margarine Or possibly Butter, Softened
    • 3 c. Bread Flour
    • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
    • 2 tsp Cajun Or possibly Creole Seasoning
    • 1 1/4 tsp Salt
    • 1 3/4 tsp Bread Machine Yeast

    Directions

    1. Make 1 1/2 pound recipe for bread machines which use 3 c. flour; or possibly make 1 lb recipe for bread machines which use 2 c flour.
    2. Measure carefully, placing all ingredients in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select Basic/White cycle. Use Medium or possibly Light Crust color. Don't use delay cycles. Remove baked bread from pan and cold on wire rack.
