Caesar Salad, Fat Free
Ingredients
- 1 c. nonfat ricotta cheese
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 x clove garlic
- 1 x lemon juiced
- 2 x anchovy fillets
- 1/4 c. skim lowfat milk salt and pepper
- 2 x heads romaine lettuce homemade croutons
Directions
- Combine ricotta, mustard, Worcestershire, garlic, lemon juice, anchovies, salt and pepper in blender. Blend till well combined. Add in non-fat lowfat milk to adjust consistency. Toss with greens and garnish.
