Ingredients

  • 1 x butter recipe cake mix (18.25-oz)
  • 1 pkt instant butterscotch pudding mix (3.4-oz)
  • 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 x egg
  • 1 c. minced pecans

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the first five ingredients and mix well. Stir in pecans; the dough will be crumbly. Roll tablespoonfuls of dough into balls. Place 2 inches apart on greased baking sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 min, or possibly till golden. Cold for 2 min; remove from sheets to wire rack.
