Butterscotch Gingerbread Cookies
Gooseberry Patch - Amy Butcher Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 3.4 oz pkg cook & serve butterscotch pudding mix
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
- Blend together the butter, brown sugar, and the pudding mix
- Add the egg
- Mix in the remaining ingredients
- Chill for 30 minutes
- Roll out 1/4 inch thick on a floured surface
- Cut with the cookie cutters as desired
- Arrange on a greased baking sheets
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 350 F
